Delivery policy
Delivery Days
We deliver Monday to Friday excluding public holidays (“Working Days”) and aim to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible but we cannot assume responsibility for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Our delivery timescale is an estimate and not a guaranteed timescale for delivery.
Upon receipt of the order, we may need to contact you to confirm a specific delivery date, as someone will be required on-site to accept delivery.
Deliveries may arrive anytime between 8am – 6pm. We may occasionally be able to provide an approximate ETA, but this is never a guarantee. It is the customers' responsibility to be on site on the date of delivery to receive the goods.
Delivery Area
We deliver to the UK and Republic of Ireland. Note that some delivery destinations may incur additional delivery charges after your order is placed (for example, Channel Islands). If your order is liable for additional delivery charges you will be notified before despatch, if you do not accept the additional charges you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund. For deliveries outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland, please enquire.
Delivery Costs
Our delivery costs are calculated based on the contents of your order and your location. Larger and bulkier items will typically result in a higher delivery cost.
Below is a guideline estimate of what those delivery costs will be though may differ depending on location, these costs exclude VAT.
Standard Delivery, Customer Offloading (3-5 Working Days) – £59.99
Standard Delivery + Vehicle Offload Service (3-5 Working Days) – £109.99
Express Delivery, Customer Offloading (2-3 Working Days) – £79.99
Express Delivery + Vehicle Offload Service (3-5 Working Days) – £129.99
Split Orders
Your goods may be dispatched from different locations depending on our stock holding, therefore it is possible that your order will be split and received as two different consignments at two different times.
If you have only received a partial order, please allow the full lead time before querying the remainder of the order – your remaining goods may already be on their way to you.
Offloading
You will be responsible for unloading the products from the delivery carrier and for checking the order. In the event of missing or damaged goods on receipt of the order, we must be notified immediately – do not use damaged products if you intend on returning them, we will not be able to accept damaged goods that have been used as a refund or exchange (please refer to our returns policy).
A signature may be required upon delivery of your order. Anyone at the delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example, an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Aborted Delivery Charges
If for any reason we are unable to deliver to the provided delivery address, you may incur an additional charge for an aborted delivery and re-delivery attempt.
To avoid additional charges, please ensure a person is at the specified delivery location to accept goods. We can provide more accurate delivery time frames on request.
If additional charges are necessary, we reserve the right to deduct the value from any refunds provided.
